![]() Quite a few Native American tribes are familiar with the idea of a man transforming from man to beast. Since Twilight is causing a stir of interest in Native American lore and beliefs -especially with the second movie, New Moon coming out soon which has much more of Jacob Black and the rest of the wolves involved- we’ll shed some light on the subject. In spite of what some Twilight fans think, Stephenie Meyer wasn’t the one that came up with Native American werewolves, no, I’m afraid that is a very old belief that many tribes have. They view the wolf as a wise fellow hunter to be respected and admired. To several tribes (past and present), the wolf itself is known as a protective spirit or totem. At least not in some instances, but other dps classes are much preffered as dps above a shaman.Native Americans have incredibly profound and fascinating beliefs, many of them involving wolves. I barely play my shaman anymore, cause i realised people don't want them for anything but healers. I don't know, but i'd love that about shamans. Ghost-owl? Or not to steal anything from the druids, a Ghost-falcon maybe. Because of the shamans getting so badly nerfed after TBC, we should have had our own flight form. And i know all the spells are expensive, and i thought. Therefore, getting a level 60 epic mount is even harder, and getting flying mount at level 70. Ghost wolf is useful for faster travels between level 20-40, and at level 40 things get expensive to a shaman. You who play shamans, might already know. Kommentar von ThottbotShamans are expensive. Because I've had experience with all classes, and fell in love with my shaman.(#RESPBREAK#)272#DELIM#Uchur#DELIM# If anyone disagrees with these posts, tell me. Some will be better than others, but it's all skill-oriented. That may be just a talent issue (no 'talent line' pun intended), but it's just another point to prove that anyone with any spec can do anything. I've had no problem with Enhancement PvP-as a matter of fact, I PREFER it Enhancement. PvPers constantly say that Elemental shamans are the best for PvP. If anything, both of them are knockoffs of mounts. They've gotta morph a lot to meet the situation, or they're just like squishy mobs.īlizz made em at the same time, so neither is a knockoff. It is their versitility that they actually USE. I pwn hard anyway, because I have skill with shamans.ĭruids will never have the power of other classes. ![]() They tried to level it out-they even gave us the same amounts of rogue-playing races, shaman/paladin races, all this crap. Since TBC, shamans got nerfed 'cus Bliz was sick of getting angry emails from paladins. So why don't you stfu and let people do their thing? Your comment just tells me that you have no talent with druids, and tell yourself it's just tough, and that you are the ultimate player. Good mages will keep you frozen in place, bad ones get their cloth armor torn to shreds.Īny class requires skill to play. Some say mages are the easiest-kill the mob before they attack. Once again, bad ones get their asses kicked. Some say warriors are the easiest, because most claim they're the most basic. Some say that hunters are the easiest class to play, since they level fast. For each class, it takes a different mindset and talent (not talent points, for those who don't know what I'm talkin' bout XD). You wouldn't believe how many druids I've killed in my lifetime. I will be playing my friends shamans alot more often in arena after 2.4 that's for sure! If you combine that with the great tools shaman has we have a unstoppable healer that will run around and popping out of GW when a totem, interrupt, heal, purge or anything like that is needed then back with +40% run speed and hide behind a pillar In patch 2.4 we will have a shaman that instead of just outhealing its opponents, can outrun them like a druid. Why is the impact so big you might ask? Well, with a instant boost in speed and LOS meaning so much in arena it gives shamans a huge advantage. My point is: Shamans will be the best healers in 2v2 with this buff and will improve in all brackets. A skilled shaman can keep a caster from casting anything at all with earth shock and grounding totem rotations. Shamans has the best healing and MP5 (water shield is insane) in the game. Paladins have BOF and cleanse to get rid of slow effects or immobilizing effects (frost novas and such), while shamans is left with frost shock (not a viable option in arena due to heavy earth shock spamming) and earthbind totem to keep the enemies from getting close.Ĭlaiming the buff is useless because it doesn't remove snares is just wrong. They are stationary casters like paladins. The one thing that shaman doesn't have is mobility. The instant ghost wolf buff is in my mind a huge buff.
